Alyssa Matthews Receives NSF GRFP Fellowship

Congratulations to Physics and Astronomy undergraduate student Alyssa Matthews for receiving a NSF Graduate Research Fellowship Program award!
The purpose of the NSF Graduate Research Fellowship Program (GRFP) is to help ensure the quality, vitality, and strength of the scientific and engineering workforce of the United States. The five-year Fellowship provides three years of financial support, including an annual stipend of $37,000.
Alyssa works with the Gabrielse group researching atomic, molecular, and optical physics. She will be attending UC Berkeley for grad school.
