The Fellowship Program of the Network Science Society recognizes researchers who have made outstanding and significant contributions to network science research and to the community of network scientists. The Fellowship is awarded annually to at most 7 researchers on the basis of their exceptional life-long individual contributions to any area of network science research and to the community of network scientists (locally and globally).

Adilson Motter was selected for his “seminal contributions to the study of nonlinear dynamics on networks, including synchronization, cascading failures, synthetic rescues, control, symmetry phenomena, and applications to biological networks, metamaterials, microfluidics, and power grids.”

Congratulations Adilson!
